I was born in 1980 and grew up in the rural backwoods of Black Creek, BC. I have always been artistically inclined, but only recently decided to pursue it more seriously when I enrolled in a correspondence art school and also began writing a novel. I am very deeply attuned to nature, I enjoy growing flowering plants and exploring the woods. I am also a very spiritual person, the center of my multi-faceted belief system being the concept of therianthropy. This is the concept that a person, while living in a human body, may have a mind, heart and soul that is also an animal at the same time. This and my affinity for natural things serves as the primary inspiration for all of my work. |
